Who is behind Bolton Farms? The three owners operate as a team. Each individual possessing their own unique skills and talents that when combined create a synergistic and successful growing scenario.
Elizabeth Sanders has been involved in the commercial hydroponics industry since 1990 with ten years as an owner/manager. She has extensive experience in all facets of hydroponics from seeding to sales and marketing. As a highly involved community educator Liz has spent many hours teaching about hydroponics and the importance of growing without pesticides. Liz is a pioneer in the hydroponic industry and has been invited to educate on the local and national level.
John Bolton, as the business and financial manager, brings thirty years of corporate business management experience to the team. He holds a BS in Marketing and Industrial Management, a MS in Business Leadership, and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). As a previous Operations Manager of a $300 million automotive firm, and the responsibility of leading over 2,000 employees, he has experience in managing large projects and coordinating multiple activities.
Ryan Gruendike, as the facilities manager, has over 25 years of construction experience, including heavy equipment operation, metal fabrication, welding, and building construction. With his creative design ideas and cost effective implementation methods Ryan managed all phases of greenhouse construction, from site prep and constructing the radiant floor heating system, to building the actual greenhouse structure.
